Shimosuwa

Suwa, located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, is a region known for its hot springs, cultural heritage, and the famous Suwa Grand Shrine (Suwa Taisha), one of the oldest Shinto shrines in Japan. The area is divided into two main towns, Suwa and Shimosuwa, both of which are situated around Lake Suwa.
